Transportation

Enjoy shopping at Walmart, Target and Christmas Tree Shop. Project Mobility travels to Peabody, Danvers, Beverly, Salem and Lynn.

Transportation offers door-to-door rides to Peabody residents upon request, for medical appointments, shopping, or trips to the Center. Wheelchair vans are also available.

TRANSPORTATION RESERVATIONS

All reservations may be made up to two months in advance

BUT MUST BE MADE

at least

A full week before your appointment.


We Strive to accommodate every request

Due to our high volume of riders book your ride as early as possible.

RIDE DONATION of  $1.00 each way is greatly appreciated.

Transportation is available 5 days a week

Monday thru Friday as  follows:


8:00 - 9:15 AM

Picking up Trask ADH Clients only


9:15 AM - 2:00 PM

Picking up people going to

Medical appointments, etc. To:  Peabody, Danvers, Beverly, Salem and Lynn

10:00- 11:00 AM

Start picking up people coming to the Center for lunch.


12:30 PM

Start returning people from the Center to their homes.


2:30 PM

Last trip of the day from Center to home also taking Trask ADH Clients home.


MEDICAL RETURN PICK-UP REMINDER:


If your appointment is in Peabody:

You must call for your return ride before 3:30 PM


If your appointment is out of Peabody:

You must call for your return ride before 3:00 PM


A $1.00 donation per ride is geatly appreciated

There is a limit of 4 bags per person - canvas, paper or plastic.

We prefer canvas or paper - plastic bags tend to roll around.

Call at least a day ahead for a reservation.
